This was a great little area to relax and enjoy a movie at during the summer months. I found out that you can get your parking validated at the movie theater when you get your tickets, but if you don't get it validated you can also call the push button apparatus and let them know your movie time and they will let you out. There's a few restaurants in this area, but I went a few miles away to another area for BBQ on this particular afternoon.

This is an office building at the corner of Eisenhower Avenue and Stovall Street. Some restaurants and eateries (on the exterior), barber shop and cleaners are conveniently located on the ground floor. I frequent Starbucks and Ted's Montana Grill here. Others are California Tortilla, Cold Stone Creamery, Yve's Bistro, Galae Thai, and Delia's Mediterranean Grill and Brick Oven Pizza. AMC Hoffman Center 22, Ruby Tuesday and San Antonio Bar & Grill are just across the street, along Swamp Fox Road. Easy access (2-minute walk) from the Eisenhower Avenue Metro Station of the Yellow Line. Parking is just $1 after 4 p.m. till 2:30 a.m. at the parking garage or the parking lots nearby, otherwise $7 for all day. Garage access is from either Mandeville Lane or Swamp Fox Ln (building construction is going on right now, and it may be closed sometimes). There's a limited-time (1 hour, tow-away zone) parking spaces immediately in front of the building, but they are usually packed during business hours.

We come here all the time. Spacious, lines are manageable, concessions are reasonable (for a movie theater), I love the new soda machines. The pizza is super delightful on your taste buds. It tastes like they put popcorn butter on the crust. ..yaaaaas. The churro bites. ..pass.

I got to work near by this place. Even before the AMC was build. I enjoy seeing the theater from the front row up to when inclose for the theater. Also the two large government building, Holiday Inn and the Eisenhower Ave Station. Also the REX bus from http://www.wmata.com go thou this place. And still growing as I write this review. Great movies, restaurants, coffee shop, and ice cream store. Always a police located in area so you are very safe in this area. A lot of parking space. Metro runs up to med of the night but check metro before using. Work, play, eating or having fun. I alway come to this location. Read Rick G. for what they have.

The Hoffman Town Center is one of those very nice, conveniently small and walkable, atmospheric, do all date night one-stop locations, with easy access parking. My wife and I usually start with a flick at their really great AMC Theater, afterwards do cocktails and/or dinner at Galae Thai , Ted's Montana Grill, TGI Friday's, Delia's, Ruby Tuesday or San Antonio Bar and Grill, followed by desert at Cold Stone Creamery then top it off at Starbucks with a latte, cappuccino or espresso! Great dates to be had here!
